The former 'North Briton' and 'Patriot' stand side by side at Pirdop during the shunt manoeuvre which saw the former replacing the latter on the railtour. Pirdop is one end of the well beaten track for the type in Bulgaria, seeing use on trainloads of calcium carbonate and copper between here and Razdelna towards the coast.
